Expo’r Wal Goch

With Tim Hartley I founded Expo’r Wal Goch as a community interest company in 2019 with the aim of bringing people together to explore and share ways of further using Welsh football as a force for social good.

Its strapline is:

by fans, for fans

In the grip of the pandemic in June 2020 our first Expo was held with a four day online programme of lectures, presentations and discussions.

As well as the Expo we are working with Dr Penny Miles to collect and share memories and experiences of women in The Red Wall in France during Euro 2016. Here’s a series of discussions with female fans supported by the Football Museum Wales in Wrexham and Sporting Heritage CIC as part of its celebrations for National Sporting Heritage Day (#NSHD2020).
