Expo’r Wal Goch

Along with Tim Hartley I founded Expo’r Wal Goch as a community benefit society in 2019 with the aim of pulling people together to explore and share ways of further using Welsh football as a force for social good.

Its mantra is:

by fans, for fans

In the grip of the pandemic the first ever Expo was held in June 2020 with a four day online programme of lectures, presentations, and discussions. Have a taste of the Expo on our YouTube channel:

As well as the Expo we are working with Dr Penny Miles to collate and share the memories and experiences of female members of The Red Wall in France during Euro 2016. Here is a series of discussions with female supporters which is supported by Football Museum Wales in Wrexham and Sporting Heritage CIC as part of its celebrations for National Sporting Heritage Day 2020 (#NSHD2020).
